If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Conditions:

• Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Products must be returned in original packaging where possible.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

We currently offer exchanges subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items
